Luke Brannon’s visits Bogandana power plant

Luke Brannon from Vestas Wind Systems, United Kingdom, recently visited our Bogandana power plant. Here’s how he observed and assessed our ongoing efforts:

“One of the most memorable experiences so far was my visit to the Bogandana mini-hydro plant managed by WKV. It was great to see how the concepts we have been studying come into play in real-world projects and the grid integration challenges faced by renewable energy projects. The visit went beyond just technical knowledge, though. It gave me a better understanding of how Sri Lanka’s strong community-driven approach is crucial in promoting innovation in the energy sector.
