WKV Group partners with Gallery HR to implement its HR Information System

On January 12, 2026, WKV Group marked an important milestone in its digital transformation journey by signing an agreement with Gallery HR to implement the Gallery HRIS across the Group.

The agreement was formalized during a kick-off meeting held at the WKV Head Office, with the participation of WKV Group CEO and HR Manager, together with the CEO, Head of Sales & Marketing, and Project Manager from Gallery HR.

The new platform will support the management of approximately 250 employees, helping streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance employee experience across the organization.

The implementation of the HRIS reflects WKV Group’s commitment to adopting modern technologies and strengthening its people management practices as the company continues to grow and contribute to Sri Lanka’s sustainable energy sector.
