Description

We are a well-established company engaged in Mini Hydro Power projects in Sri Lanka. We invite applications from suitable candidates for the below position existing at our Head Office in Colombo 02. We invite applications from suitable candidates for the above position existing at our company.

Qualifications
  • A Degree or Diploma in HRM from a recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years hands on experience in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour law.
Skills
  • Posses excellent oral and written communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Systems.
  • Be an excellent team player.
  • Display positive attitudes and a proactive approach towards assigned tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate employee records including employee personal files, master database, leave & attendance.
  • Coordinating & managing the hiring process.
    Drafting/ perusing essential employee correspondence both in English and Sinhala.
  • Handle EPF/ETF, Gratuity and other statutory payments administration.
  • Coordinating annual performance management process with the team.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Efficiency handle employee medical bill claims and insurance reimbursements.
  • Attending to any other tasks assigned by the management.
