Description
We are a well-established company engaged in Mini Hydro Power projects in Sri Lanka. We invite applications from suitable candidates for the below position existing at our Head Office in Colombo 02. We invite applications from suitable candidates for the above position existing at our company.
Qualifications
- Should be qualified with B.Sc. in Electrical engineering
Skills
- Sound knowledge on electrical engineering including electrical machines, power systems, control systems and renewable energy
- Knowledge on hydro power plants and solar power plants
- Knowledge on basic mechanical systems related to hydro power plants
- Ability to diagnose and rectify issues in control systems including programmable logic controllers, SCADA systems, protection relays etc.
- Ability to work with MS office package, Teams, PLC programming software, AUTOCAD and simulation software related to electrical field
- Ability to manage plant staff
- Ability to manage both operation and maintenance tasks in the plant
- Ability to communicate using Sinhala and English
Responsibilities
- Assist the Engineering department on preparing of various reports.
- Assist the management on gathering technical requirements of plant maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with other department on behalf of engineering department.
- Support ongoing Solar & BESS Project
