Electrical Engineer - IT Systems Integration
Description
We are a well-established company engaged in Mini Hydro Power projects in Sri Lanka. We invite applications from suitable candidates for the below position existing at our engineering division in Kahawatta, Rathnapura.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Automate business processes and reports using Microsoft Power Automate and RPA.
- Design and develop performance dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Extract, transform, and query data from various sources using Python and SQL.
- Manage and administer databases.
- Gather business requirements from functional users.
- Transform business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering field from a recognized university.
You should have proven technical skills in the following tools:
- Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Python, Jupyter, SQL, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Statsmodels, A/B Testing, Hypothesis Testing (Stats)
- Web development frameworks
- UI/ UX design with Figma tool and implementation using Canvas Apps
- Hands-on experience with Custom Connectors, Azure, DevOps and Database
- RPA Methodology and Development
- Git/Github
In addition, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with system integration and data analysis.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of IoT systems and their applications in industrial settings.
